Strathclyde Amongst Financial Times' Top European Business Schoools
5th Dec 2023
Strathclyde Business School has been named amongst Europe’s top 90 Business Schools of 2023 in the Financial Times rankings.
Out of the European business schools featured, Strathclyde has been ranked 62nd overall and is one of only 14 UK schools rated. Strathclyde is also named as the highest-placed business school in Scotland according to the latest Financial Times rating.
The European ranking is based on a business school’s performance in a number of other Financial Times' rankings over the last 12-month period.
Professor David Hillier, Executive Dean of Strathclyde Business School, said: "We're delighted to be recognised as one of the best European business schools and I'm also happy to note that we have climbed 10 places since last year's European business school ranking.
"This latest ranking follows swiftly on from the FT's Executive MBA rankings which saw us feature in the top 100 programmes globally.
"Our business programmes continue to attract excellent candidates from around the world, and these rankings are a testament to our students' success and the quality of our teaching."
Strathclyde Business School's Executive MBA was ranked in the annual Financial Times’ top 100 Executive MBA programmes in October, at 85th, placing the University at 13th in the UK and notably the only Scottish business school to be placed.
The ranking of the Executive MBA programme – offered via Glasgow and Strathclyde’s five international centres – was informed by responses from 2020 graduates of the programme.
