Public space at newly refurbed 310 St Vincent Street

Real estate investment and asset management firm, Eagle Street Partners, has launched its refurbishment of 310 St Vincent Street in Glasgow City Centre.

Having completed an extensive refurbishment of the 70,000 sq.ft. landmark building, delivering Grade A office space with feature terraces and a new double-height reception, Eagle Street launched 310 St Vincent Street to the Glasgow agency and business community on 2 October.

The fourth floor, which showcases the development, has been fully fitted out with a vibrant and bold colour palette and features kitchen and breakout areas.
